Frequently Asked Questions

How fast will I receive my landing page?

We aim to get our landing pages done within 14 days, however, depending on the client's ability to also meet review details this may be shortened or lengthened. For bigger projects, we tend not to spend more than 4 weeks writing the copy, designing and developing it.

How do you handle larger requests?

Our approach is a bit more in-depth for larger requests. We handle how it is broken down, which we will discuss with you over an onboarding call. We try to complete larger projects within 4 weeks, however if a deadline needs to be met, we can make arrangements.

How does Webflow development work?

Webflow development is included with all subscriptions and is simply treated as a design request. As long as your website can be supported by the Webflow platform, Metarite will handle the development to ensure maximum fidelity in the final product. Once the website is fully developed, it will be transferred to your account, where you will have full ownership moving forward.

Are there any refunds?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first 4 days of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
